All of our tenancies are based on a minimum of 6 months. This works well for both the tenants and the landlord to ensure that everyone is happy with the arrangement and the property.

When you choose Mandairs Estate Agents to help you with a rented property in Peterborough you can rest assured that you are in safe hands. All of our managed properties are Gas Safe certified. They are also inspected for electrical safety and any furniture is fire safety approved. We also lodge all tenancy deposits in accordance with Deposit Protection Regulations. This means that you know you are safe in your property, and your deposit is safe when you are ready to move out.

Before your tenancy begins, we will require a holding deposit of one weeks rent and a deposit of up to five weeks rent. We will also require references from either an employer or accountant if you are self employed; a previous or current landlord and a credit reference report. In some cases, we will require a personal reference and sometimes a guarantor.
