We offer three levels of service to landlords in Peterborough:
Fully Property Management Landlord Service
Our full property management service provides the marketing of the property and the completion of all viewings. We will lead the introductions and vet any prospective tenants thoroughly. Once the tenant is approved, we will prepare the tenancy agreement with you and the tenant in mind. The property inventory will also be created to protect both the landlord and tenant.
Throughout the tenancy our team will carry out periodic inspection visits of the rented property in Peterborough. This will ensure we are aware of any maintenance issues. We will arrange or recommend any necessary repairs as part of our Management Agreement.
Included in our full property management service is the collection and processing of rental payments. All rental balances will be credited to the landlord's nominated bank account.
Towards the end of the tenancy, we will liaise with the tenant regarding a renewal of the agreement. As we know, all good things do come to an end. If the tenant chooses to move on, or you choose to take back your property, we will arrange a check-out and manage the end of tenancy or re-advertise the property as required.

Letting & Rent Collection Landlord Service
We offer a letting and renting collection service to landlords with properties in Peterborough. This is similar to our letting only service. However, in addition we offer the initial agreement of inventory and schedule of the property when the tenant moves in, if so required. We will also complete an inventory check and submit utility readings to the relevant suppliers.
At all times we endeavour to collect rents and other charges from the tenant. We will also provide you, the landlord, with an account statement on a monthly basis. As your letting agent, we will not be liable for the amount of any arrears nor for any legal or other costs incurred by us, the landlord or any other third party in respect of these arrears or their recovery.
This level of landlord service for properties in Peterborough is ideal for those landlords that are happy to manage their property, but just need support with collection of payments.
Let Only Landlord Service
We offer a let only service for landlords in Peterborough just needing a little more help with renting out their property. This service includes the marketing of the property and carrying out of viewings and vetting the prospective tenants. Once the checks are satisfactory, we will prepare the tenancy agreement and an inventory of the property as required.
We will collect the first months rent and a tenancy deposit, which will be credited into the landlords nominated bank account. After this point the managing of the tenancy, checks on the property and collection of the rent will then be down to the landlord themselves.
